Multilateral Placements Program (MPP)

• To provide funding to multilateral organisations for placing Australian professionals in roles across the multilateral system.

Target Beneficiaries:

• Eligible applicants are multilateral organisations, defined as internationally recognised intergovernmental organisations primarily composed of sovereign states.
• Examples include United Nations organisations, multilateral economic institutions such as the World Bank or Asian Development Bank, and other non-UN multilateral organisations like the International Criminal Court.

Funding:

• Total funding available is AUD 30,400,000.

• Applications are to be submitted via email to jpo@dfat.gov.au.
• The program operates on an ongoing basis with an open non-competitive selection process.
