  • Rural organizations within 200 km of a UFA location.
  • Projects that benefit agricultural communities by providing accessible facilities or programs.
  • Groups planning capital projects that will be completed within two years.

Funding Scope:

  • Grants range from a minimum of $10,000 up to $40,000 per project.
  • Total funding available annually is $100,000.
  • Eligible projects include recreational facilities, educational events and activities, and cultural programs.
  • Funding cannot be used for operating expenses, ongoing program delivery, annual events, marketing, travel, fundraising, salaries, debt retirement, or emergency funding.

Application Process:

  • Applications must be fully completed and submitted by August 31, 2025.
  • Grant recipients must allow for UFA Foundation recognition signage at the project site.
  • Applicants must demonstrate community need, positive impact, and avoid duplicating existing services.
