- Enhance sustainability by achieving Green Mark 2021 Platinum standards and manpower savings through process redesign and technology deployment.

- Registered business entities in Singapore involved in construction projects.

- Companies with a pipeline of projects over 3-5 years and experience in DfMA, IDD, or Green Buildings.
Application Process:
- Applications open from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025.
- Applications must be submitted by a Developer with a detailed multi-year work plan.
- Interested parties can submit enquiries or express interest via an online form.
- Applications are evaluated on merit; supporting documents and human capital diagnostic results are required.
- No contract signing or payment to suppliers should occur before application approval.
