International Postings Programme (iPOST)

Objective:

• To support financial institutions in defraying part of the costs incurred when sending Singaporean staff on global and regional attachments or postings.
• To increase opportunities for Singaporeans to gain international exposure.
• To build capabilities for future global and regional leadership roles within the financial sector.

Target Beneficiaries:

• Singaporean staff employed by financial institutions.
• Financial institutions that send Singaporean employees on international postings.

• Funding assistance to help cover expenses related to international postings.
• Focus on grooming Singaporean talent through overseas experience.
• Administered by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF), the industry association dedicated to developing professional competencies in the financial services sector.
