• Applications are processed in batches with specific deadlines (e.g., the current batch deadline is September 30, 2025).
• HKPC may conduct interviews or site visits with the project coordinators during the application and project implementation phases.

Key Features:

• No designated or endorsed consultants; applicants prepare their own submissions.
• Strict requirements on accuracy and completeness of application information; false or misleading information can lead to rejection or revocation.
• The project coordinators must be fully responsible and knowledgeable about the enterprise’s operations and cannot delegate project management to third parties.
• The program provides financial support for approved business development projects.
