Objectives:

• To support innovation and technology enterprises with strong growth potential.
• To help companies expand their business beyond Hong Kong.
• To nurture companies aiming to become unicorns (valued at over US$1 billion).

Target Beneficiaries:

• Companies with at least 2 years of establishment (in or outside Hong Kong) or subsidiaries of such companies.
• Businesses with no less than 30 employees globally.
• Companies demonstrating exponential revenue growth and profitability.
• Enterprises with exciting business development and R&D plans.
• Companies committed to signing a 3-year lease agreement with HKSTP.

Application Process:

1. Review the Programme Introduction and Guidelines available on the HKSTP website.
2. Submit a current company overview presentation through the programme enquiry channel.
3. Applications are assessed based on business development plan, financial resources and performance, technology and R&D plan, management capability, team competencies, and contribution to the ecosystem.
4. Selected companies undergo milestone assessments every 6 months to track business development and R&D progress.
