is a specialized biotech incubation initiative designed to support startups in the medical technology sector in Hong Kong. It aims to help biotech startups overcome resource constraints such as funding, manpower, and expertise to accelerate their innovation and commercialization.

• Workspace Support: Access to modern co-working medical technology labs and HKSTP Biomedical Technology Support Center facilities at preferential rates.
• Technology Support: Use of world-class equipment, software, and lab facilities with support from in-house professional scientists and industry partners.
• Business Support: Networking with mentors, strategic partners, and investors; assistance in business planning, investment preparation, and marketing.
• Financial Aid: Up to HK$6 million in startup funding, including HK$4 million financial subsidy and HK$2 million for regulatory activities like clinical trials.
• Co-Incubation Programmes: Collaboration with multinational biopharmaceutical companies offering mentorship, funding, and industry connections in specialized biomedical areas such as aging diseases, infectious diseases, diagnostics, digital health, oncology, and gene therapy.

Application Process:

1. Submit a business proposal detailing innovation, technology, business model, team, and a four-year milestone plan.
2. Provide required supporting documents for funding application.
3. Undergo an eligibility assessment by an independent expert panel.
