World Refuge Year Loan Fund (WRYLF) in Hong Kong is a financial assistance program established in 1962 aimed at providing short-term loans to fishermen's co-operative societies or their members. • If submitted by fax or email, applicants must attend an interview and provide original documents for verification.
• Applicants must sign the application form declaring the truthfulness and correctness of the information provided.
